Stage 1

Applied

Thank you for applying for a role at Yü Energy , we will be in touch regarding the process of your application within 5 working days.

Stage 2

Hiring Manager Review

Now we've received your application, The Hiring Manager will review it. If you're a potential match, we'll schedule an interview to learn more about your skills and experience. 
 
 If we don't think you'll be a fit at this time around, we'll let you know as soon as possible by email.

Stage 3

Microsoft Teams Interview

Your competency-based interview will last no longer than 60 minutes.

The purpose of this interview is to make sure we agree we are a match for each other, and to give you the opportunity to ask any questions about the role, company, process and so on.

If we don’t think you’ll be a fit this time, we'll let you know as soon as possible after the interview and ask that you’d do the same if you don’t think the role’s going to be right for you.

Stage 4

2nd Review with Hiring Manager

If things are still looking good, we’ll schedule another interview with you, your potential future manager, and someone from our leadership team.
 
If don’t think you'll be a fit at this time around, we'll let you know as soon as possible by email and provide you with feedback.
Stage 5

2nd Interview

You will meet your potential future manager.

We’ll be transparent and honest. So if you have questions off the back of the last interview make sure you ask them. This whole process is as much about you qualifying us, as it is about us qualifying you.

Stage 6

Final review with Hiring Manager

Following your interview, the Hiring Manager will review and if you're a potential match, we’ll make you a formal offer.

If don’t think you'll be a fit at this time around, we'll let you know as soon as possible by email and provide you with feedback.
