What I do at Yü Group

I am responsible for planning and running the Customer Success and COT teams. We take care of Customer queries by troubleshooting and resolving problems aiming for a first-call resolution. My teams are at the heart of everything we do, driving process change whilst helping our customers and delivering excellent customer experience.

Managing Customer Care/Broker Inboxes
Inbound/Outbound Campaigns
Web Support
Complaint resolution
Customer Satisfaction

  3. If you're not shortlisted for a position, or unsuccessful at interview stage that doesn't mean we wouldn't want to hear from you again....don't give up! 
  4. Be yourself! As much as possible, I would encourage you to be your genuine self—not the person you think would be right for the role.
