What I do at Yü Group

I am responsible for the running of the complaints team, dealing with ombudsman, EHU and escalated complaints within the tam.

Who am I?

I have been at Yu for 18 months, previous background working for E.on, OVO and British Gas with a wealth of industry knowledge.

Advice for prospective candidates

  2. Show enthusiasm, do you just want a job or do you want a career.
  3. If you're not shortlisted for a position, or unsuccessful at interview stage that doesn't mean we wouldn't want to hear from you again....don't give up! 
  4. Be yourself! As much as possible, I would encourage you to be your genuine self—not the person you think would be right for the role.
