Stage 3

Microsoft Teams Interview

Your competency-based interview will last no longer than 60 minutes.

The purpose of this interview is to make sure we agree we are a match for each other, and to give you the opportunity to ask any questions about the role, company, process and so on.

If we don’t think you’ll be a fit this time, we'll let you know as soon as possible after the interview and ask that you’d do the same if you don’t think the role’s going to be right for you.

Stage 4

2nd Review with Hiring Manager

If the first interview went well and we’re aligned, we’ll ask you to complete a short presentation (a full brief will be provided).

If don’t think you'll be a fit at this time around, we'll let you know as soon as possible by email and provide you with feedback.

Stage 5

Presentation Interview

You will be asked to complete a short presentation (a full brief will be provided).

Stage 6

Final review with Hiring Manager

Following your interview, the Hiring Manager will review and if you're a potential match, we’ll make you a formal offer.
