Who am I?
I have a background in wider Operations and Smart Metering within the Energy Industry, with a focus on technical systems.
At Yu Energy, I work closely with BEIS and the DCC, and am responsible for providing relevant data, the day-to-day functionality of our Smart portfolio, and implementing process or system improvements through Change and Continuous Improvement projects.

Advice for prospective candidates
- Don't be afraid to use notes: you're rarely being assessed on your ability to remember examples at the drop of a hat, so if you want to bring notes to the interview, you won't lose points
- Demonstrate a learning mindset: Don't be put off if you don't have the niche knowledge for a role, being able to absorb new knowledge and develop your skills is much more important
- Be yourself: As much as possible, I would encourage you to be your genuine self—not the person you think would be right for the role.
- If you're not shortlisted for a position, or unsuccessful at interview stage that doesn't mean we wouldn't want to hear from you again....don't give up!
