What I do at Yü Group
I joined Yu in March 2024 as a Senior Commercial Manager. I lead the end-to-end service management and performance of key accounts and relationships.
Alongside this, I set the standards for account management and service excellence, ensuring a consistent, high-quality partner experience across the portfolio. I work cross-functionally to optimise performance, remove blockers, and support complex decision-making, while enabling the team to deliver effectively against both commercial and service outcomes.

Who am I?
10+ years experience in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Commercial Growth and Customer Operations. I am customer advocate, creative in product offerings and pushing growth for businesses. I think outside the box, not shy to take risks and can implement changes very quickly. I enjoy working with people who really want to do well and progress further. My biggest achievements within work is developing people, mentoring and coaching.

- If you're not shortlisted for a position, or unsuccessful at interview stage that doesn't mean we wouldn't want to hear from you again....don't give up!
- Be yourself! As much as possible, I would encourage you to be your genuine self—not the person you think would be right for the role.
