I am responsible for the full complaint journey within the Customer Success department at Yü Energy.

Who am I?
I have been with Yü Energy since November 2023. Previously, I have had 15 years of experience across Sales and Event Management sectors as well and Complaints / Ombudsman, playing a crucial role in team development as well as being a line manager.
Advice for prospective candidates
- Do your research, and dig a bit deeper into who we are as an organisation.
- Show enthusiasm, do you just want a job or do you want a career.
- If you're not shortlisted for a position, or unsuccessful at interview stage that doesn't mean we wouldn't want to hear from you again....don't give up!
- Be yourself! As much as possible, I would encourage you to be your genuine self—not the person you think would be right for the role.
